LabelPilot values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our site or get in touch, why we do so and the rights you have.

What data we process
We only process the data you give us yourself through the contact form: your name, email address and optionally your company name, phone number and message. We also collect limited, anonymised visitor statistics.
Why and on what basis
We use your contact details solely to answer your question or request and to talk it through with you. The basis for this is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to your message. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details no longer than needed to handle your request and allow for any follow-up. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We do rely on carefully chosen processors that help us deliver the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). We have data-processing agreements with them and they process your data only on our instructions.
Cookies and statistics
We use no tracking or marketing cookies. For visitor statistics we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless method that does not trace personal data back to an individual.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. To do so, contact us at info@labelpilot.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
