LabelPilot values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our site or get in touch, why we do so and the rights you have.

What data we process
We only process the data you give us yourself through the contact form: your name, email address and optionally your company name, phone number and message. We also measure how our website is used: always without cookies through Vercel, and only with your consent also through Google Analytics.
Why and on what basis
We use your contact details solely to answer your question or request and to talk it through with you. The basis for this is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to your message. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. We use visit statistics to improve the website. For Google Analytics your consent is the basis, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details no longer than needed to handle your request and allow for any follow-up. After that we delete or anonymise them. Visitor-level data in Google Analytics (only with your consent) is kept for up to 14 months after your last visit; aggregated statistics that identify no one may be kept longer.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We do rely on carefully chosen processors that help us deliver the service: Vercel (hosting and cookieless visit statistics), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and, only if you consent, Google (Google Analytics). We have data-processing agreements with them and they process your data only on our instructions. Google may also process data outside the European Union; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework applies to that.
Cookies and statistics
By default we only place the functional cookies the site needs: your language choice, your login session if you log in, and your cookie choice itself (lp_analytics_consent, valid for 6 months). Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 13 months) are only placed after you click Accept in the cookie notice. Vercel also measures visits and loading speed without cookies and without recognising you as a person. Through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page you can change or withdraw your choice at any time; we then remove the Google Analytics cookies straight away.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. To do so, contact us at info@labelpilot.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
