Why LabelPilot exists
Black and white was the compromise of an industry that never knew otherwise. We rethink labels, colour as the standard, not the exception. This is not incrementally better. This is a different approach, from the ground up.
Inkjet vs. thermal
The real argument
Thermal printing was the norm for decades, reliable, cheap, but rigid. Black and white, large runs, no room for small changes without waste. Every change to a logo, regulation or offer meant: throw stock away.
Inkjet, and specifically the Epson ColorWorks range, flips that. Colour as the standard. Small runs with no barrier. Labels that move with a business instead of the other way around.
